  • All shelves in the kitchen need to be erased.
  • The ovens must be cleaned daily.
  • The entrance to the restaurant needs to be cleaned.
  • All pans and pots need to be cleaned.
  • Kitchen floors have to be mopped with an oil degreasing mat.
  • Kitchen counter needs to be sterilized every day.
  • Tools and equipment in the kitchen must be cleaned every day.

Weekly Cleaning Checklist

  • The restaurant’s doors, windows, and walls must be cleaned and disinfected.
  • The ventilation duct needs to be cleaned.
  • All kitchens need to be cleaned and disinfected with degreasing agents, including places and walls.
  • Clean the coffee machines.
  • Clean the hood.
  • Disinfect the refrigerators.

Monthly Cleaning Checklist

  • Check and clean the cobwebs and similar things (including the ceiling).
  • Clean the kitchen cabinets thoroughly.
  • Deeply Clean the walls, doors, and windows.
  • Deeply clean the ventilation ducts.
